Basketball Recap: Bethany Christian Beats CHASE for Their Sixth Straight Victory

Bethany Christian had won five straight games and Luca Halalau did his part to make it six on Tuesday. Bethany Christian put the hurt on CHASE with a sharp 71-50 win thanks in part to Halalau, who dropped a triple-double on 30 points, 14 boards, and 11 assists. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 8.1 rebounds per game.

Liam Wegner was another key player, putting up five points and five boards. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Bethany Christian pushed their record up to 6-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.7 points per game. As for CHASE, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.
