Javionne Harris Goes Supernova in Taylor Win

Starting off the list is Taylor's Javionne Harris, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Harris rushed for 165 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries, and also threw for 32 yards and a touchdown. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 94-yard run.

The victory (which was Taylor's third in a row) raised their record to 7-5. Harris and Taylor will take on North Judson-San Pierre at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Jonathan Barnes Delivers Best Performance of Season

Jonathan Barnes produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Sheridan to the win on Friday. Barnes rushed for 116 yards and three touchdowns, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.

The victory was the third in a row for Sheridan, bringing their record for this year to 7-5. Barnes will have a chance to log another big game when he takes on South Putnam on Friday.

Eastern Wins Seventh-Straight Thanks to Owen Tolle

Eastern picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Owen Tolle. Tolle turned in nothing short of a gem, making eight total tackles (1.0 for loss).

Eastern has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a massive bump to their 8-4 record this season. Tolle and Eastern will face off against Adams Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Eastern Gets a Boost from Pickett in 21-15 Victory

Isaiah Pickett was instrumental in extending Eastern's winning streak to seven on Friday. Pickett was unstoppable, rushing for 155 yards and two touchdowns.

This year, Pickett has run in 12 touchdowns while averaging 115.6 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after 12 games last season, he was only averaging 15.08 rushing yards per game.
