Howard Tech's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Ooltewah, their victory ended a five-match drought on the road and puts them at 9-17.

Howard Tech has already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against East Ridge on the 1st. As for Ooltewah, they will venture away from home to challenge Dalton at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
