Stone Bridge has gone a perfect 10-0 against Briar Woods recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Bulldogs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Falcons at 7:00 p.m. Stone Bridge knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 31 points or more in their past five games -- so hopefully Briar Woods likes a good challenge.

Briar Woods' offense is going to have their work cut out for them on Friday: Stone Bridge hadn't allowed a single point the last three times they've hit the field. The Bulldogs simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Freedom 58-0. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by 28 points or more this season.

Stone Bridge's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Shia Campbell, who rushed for 41 yards and two TDs. The team also got some help courtesy of Dominic Manicioto, who gained 38 total yards.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Stone Bridge proved: they limited Freedom to a paltry 1.2 yards per carry. The Bulldogs didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged ten.

Meanwhile, Briar Woods' game on Thursday was all tied up 7-7 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell 27-17 to Potomac Falls.

Stone Bridge will have to contain Jax McIntosh as he made an impact in Briar Woods' last game. He picked up 182 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. McIntosh's longest reception was for an incredible 74 yards.

Stone Bridge pushed their record up to 7-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 45.0 points over those games. As for Briar Woods, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-3.

Stone Bridge skirted past Briar Woods 14-12 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Will the Bulldogs repeat their success, or do the Falcons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
