Volleyball Recap: Mesa Vista Makes It Five in a Row at Home

Mesa Vista's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Escalante Lobos. This was payback for the Trojans, who suffered a 3-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 23-25, 25-16, 25-14.

Mesa Vista pushed their record up to 7-6 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Escalante, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season.
