Volleyball Recap: Collins-Maxwell Comes Up Short

Collins-Maxwell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Belle Plaine Plainsmen. If Collins-Maxwell was looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to Belle Plaine when the teams met back in September of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Collins-Maxwell's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Belle Plaine, with the win, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-5.

Collins-Maxwell didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against B-G-M on the 13th. As for Belle Plaine, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against GMG on the 13th.
