Potter's House Christian might have lost, but man, Alanna Tatum was a machine: she went 11 of 22 en route to 30 points and four steals. The contest was Tatum's fourth in a row with at least 20 points. Another player making a difference was Tacarri Neal, who posted six points and 13 boards.
Meanwhile, Excel Christian Academy had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They blew past the Warriors, posting a 51-10 victory. That looming 51-10 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Spartans yet this season.
Excel Christian Academy's win came from a few key players Potter's House Christian will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Analise DeJesus, who had 19 points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Bianca Berbick, who put up 14 points in addition to five rebounds and four steals.
Excel Christian Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 23 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 19 offensive boards in three consecutive matchups.
