Basketball Recap: Rolla Comes Up Short

Rolla was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Moscow Wildcats, falling 38-17. The contest marked the Pirates' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Rolla's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Moscow, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Rolla will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Fellowship Baptist Academy at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. Moscow has already played their next game, a 38-34 loss against Deerfield on the 19th.
