Football Recap: Indianapolis Lutheran Starts Season with Win Against Indianapolis Crispus Attucks

Indianapolis Lutheran gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. Everything went their way against the Indianapolis Crispus Attucks Tigers as they made off with a 52-30 victory. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Saints' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana football rankings (they are ranked 28th, while the Tigers are ranked 215th).

Looking ahead, Indianapolis Lutheran will face off against New Albany at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Indianapolis Crispus Attucks, they will host Indianapolis Arsenal Technical at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Tigers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
