Edison won the last time they faced Centreville and things went their way on Saturday too. The Eagles secured a 63-57 W over the Wildcats. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Centreville lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Will Shields, who posted 13 points and eight boards. He is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Henry Porter, who shot 45% from the field en route to 17 points and five rebounds.

Edison's win bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Centreville, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Edison will host Mount Vernon at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Centreville, they will be playing at home against James Madison at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
