Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Georgetown-Ridge Farm/Chrisman). They put the hurt on the Schlarman Hilltoppers with a sharp 10-4 victory on Wednesday. The Buffaloes not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 24th (when they won 7-1).

Georgetown-Ridge Farm/Chrisman's win ended a ten-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-14. As for Schlarman, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Georgetown-Ridge Farm/Chrisman is set to square off against their familiar foe Watseka at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Schlarman will take on rival Hoopeston at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
