The Prairiland Patriots's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 66-24 loss at the hands of Edgewood. Prairiland has struggled against Edgewood recently, as their match on Thursday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Edgewood's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Anna Nicholson, who scored 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kassidy Paul, who scored 14 points.
Prairiland has been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-9 record this season. As for Edgewood, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-6.

Lone Oak is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
