Softball Recap: Seneca Comes Up Short

Seneca lost against Moorestown back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Golden Eagles fell 10-7 to the Quakers.

Cianna Anttell made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was Emma Lang, who scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-4.

Seneca's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Moorestown, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2-1.

Looking ahead, Seneca will take on Northern Burlington at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Moorestown, they will face off against Winslow Township at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.
