While Morgan McVetta delivered a dominant effort on Thursday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Cory-Rawson. Despite the loss, McVetta was still locked in as she scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances. She also hit a triple, marking her first of the season.
