Soccer Recap: Tough Loss for Monrovia

Monrovia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 9-0 to the Indian Creek Braves. Monrovia were not able to make up for their defeat to Indian Creek from their previous meeting on September 23, 2024.

Monrovia's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Indian Creek, their win bumped their record up to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Monrovia will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Brown County at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Indian Creek, they will head out on the road to take on Trinity Lutheran at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
