Given Mount Academy's advantage in MaxPreps' New York soccer rankings (they are ranked 14th, while Sullivan West are ranked 234th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Spackenkill made easy work of O'Neill on Wednesday and carried off a 6-0 victory. It was an even better day for Olivia Stout as she scored three goals for her team.
