It was a good run, but Cheraw unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Friday. They came up short against the Cheyenne Wells Tigers, falling 50-26. The matchup marked the Wolverines' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

It was another big night for Corey Hill, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and 13 rebounds for Cheyenne Wells. Hill is on a roll when it comes to boards, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last 38 games he's played dating back to last season. Zach Dickey was another key player, putting up ten points and four steals.

Cheraw's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-4. As for Cheyenne Wells, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.
