Butler was sadly handed a defeat on Tuesday, but Eli Grier did his best to prevent it. Grier posted six points and five assists with a shooting accuracy of 60%, good enough to set a new career-high in field goal percentage in the process. That high mark didn't come from nowhere: he has now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played.

Coming up, Grier and Butler will be playing in front of their home fans against Charlotte Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Grier will face off against Noah Noch, the Cougars' star point guard.
