It was a good run, but Valders unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Roncalli Jets. Having soared to a lofty 27 runs in the game before, the Vikings couldn't push the score so high this time.

Valders saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Carter Valleskey, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one double.

Valders' loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Roncalli, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-7.

While Valders had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
