Aaron (Aj) Brand Jr.'s Big Game Leads Irmo over River Bluff
Aaron (Aj) Brand Jr.'s big game helped extend Irmo's winning streak to seven on Friday. Brand Jr. was dynamite, rushing for 210 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.7 yards per carry, and also throwing for 120 yards while completing 75% of his passes. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.
Brand Jr. must have River Bluff's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. The match was his third straight with two or more rushing touchdowns dating back to last season.
