Basketball Game Preview: Horizon Christian vs. Traders Point Christian Knights

Horizon Christian hasn't had much luck against Traders Point Christian recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The two teams will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. Horizon Christian will be strutting in after a win while Traders Point Christian will be coming in after a loss.

Last Friday, Horizon Christian earned a 66-54 victory over Fishers Christian Academy.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 70-38, which was the final score in Traders Point Christian's tilt against Bethesda Christian on Saturday. The defeat continues a trend for the Knights in their matchups with the Patriots: they've now lost seven in a row.

Horizon Christian's win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-3. As for Traders Point Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Horizon Christian strolled past Traders Point Christian in their previous matchup back in December of 2023 by a score of 59-45. Will Horizon Christian repeat their success, or does Traders Point Christian have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
