Soccer Recap: Eisenhower Starts off Right with Win over Quincy

Eisenhower took care of business in their home opener (barely) on Tuesday. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Eisenhower Cadets who were credited with the win. The Eisenhower Cadets got it done in the shootout by posting five goals to the Quincy Jackrabbits's four. Rigo Mendoza had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Cadets.

Eisenhower wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 1-1 draw against University on the 15th. As for Quincy, they have also already played their next game, a 1-0 loss against Cascade on the 13th.
