Basketball Game Preview: Logan Chieftains vs. Reynoldsburg Raiders

The Logan Chieftains will face off against the Reynoldsburg Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Logan is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 68 points on Saturday, they were much more limited against Pickerington Central on Monday. They took a blow against the Tigers, falling 65-25. While losing is never fun, the Chieftains can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 494th, while the Tigers are ranked 175th).

Meanwhile, Reynoldsburg's undefeated season came to an end after 15 games on Tuesday. They fell just short of St. Francis DeSales by a score of 61-59. The loss put an end to the Raiders' undefeated start to the season.

Logan's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Reynoldsburg, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 15-1.
