Jess Curtis was excellent, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one triple. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Bridger Vincent, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when North Sanpete faced off against Millard on Wednesday. The Hawks came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 4-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Hawks.

The team relied heavily on Aaron Costello, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI, one triple, and one run. That triple was his first of the season.

The win got North Sanpete back to even at 7-7. As for Richfield, their victory bumped their record up to 5-10.
