Volleyball Recap: Jenna Jackson Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat School of the Ozarks

New Covenant Academy won the last time they faced School of the Ozarks and things went their way on Thursday too. The Warriors put the hurt on the Patriots with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: New Covenant Academy took every set by at least 17 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-7, 25-8.

New Covenant Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jenna Jackson out in front who had seven digs and one assist. That's the most digs Jackson has posted over her last two matches.

New Covenant Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as School of the Ozarks only served four.

New Covenant Academy's win bumped their record up to 18-3-3. As for School of the Ozarks, the loss snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 15-5-3 record.

Coming up, New Covenant Academy will look to defend their home court on Monday against Miller at 5:30 p.m. As for School of the Ozarks, they have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Spokane on the 3rd.
