Basketball Recap: Mott Takes a Loss

Mott was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They lost 62-38 to the Marysville Vikings. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Marauders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 63-36 back in January.

Mott's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Marysville, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mott will venture away from home to challenge Center Line at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Center Line will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Mott surely won't give up without a fight. As for Marysville, they will take on Lake Shore at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
