Richland had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They won by a set and slipped past the Forest Hills Rangers 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Rams have posted since September 18th.

Richland was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-21, 21-25, 25-17, 16-14.

Addison Hirsch paced Richland's offense, picking up 22 kills. Hirsch got some help from Brooklyn Roberts and her 33 assists. Abby Wyant controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Richland has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 21 of their last 24 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 31-4-2 record this season. As for Forest Hills, with the defeat, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 24-6-2.

Richland has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Bald Eagle Area on the 1st. Forest Hills does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
