Volleyball Recap: George Washington Comes Up Short

George Washington lost against DSST: Conservatory Green back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Patriots fell just short of the Hornets by a score of 2-1. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

DSST: Conservatory Green can attribute much of their success to Leah Torres, who had 15 digs. Torres is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last four games she's played.

George Washington's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for DSST: Conservatory Green, the win got them back to even at 5-5.

George Washington has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Regis Groff on the 27th. As for DSST: Conservatory Green, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Green Mountain on the 27th.
