Baseball Game Preview: Western Indians vs. West Union Dragons

The Western Indians will face off against the West Union Dragons at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Western and three for West Union.

Saturday just wasn't the day for Western's offense. They came up short against North Adams on Saturday, falling 6-0.

Meanwhile, West Union also failed to score in their most recent game. They lost 8-0 to Eastern on Friday.

Thomas Barnhart was huge no matter where he played even without the win. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out 17 over seven innings pitched. Barnhart was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one triple.

Western's loss dropped their record down to 2-20. As for West Union, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-17.
