Soccer Game Preview: Iron Mountain vs. Marquette

For the second straight game, Iron Mountain will face off against Marquette. The Mountaineers will be playing at home against the Sentinels at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Iron Mountain is looking for their season's first win.

Iron Mountain is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They fell just short of Marquette by a score of 3-2 on Saturday. While losing is never fun, Iron Mountain can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan soccer rankings (they are ranked 441st, while Marquette are ranked 218th).

The victory made it two in a row for Marquette and bumps their season record up to 9-6. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored seven goals over those two contests. As for Iron Mountain, their loss dropped their record down to 0-9.
