Grant's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They really took it to the Jefferson Democrats for the full four quarters, racking up a 34-0 win. Considering the Generals' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Grant's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Jefferson, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 1-4.
