Douglas has gone  a perfect 10-0 against Torrington recently and they'll look to pad the win column further  on Thursday. After both having extra time off,  the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out  at 5:00  p.m. Both teams are coming into the  matchup red-hot, with Douglas sitting on  five straight  victories and Torrington on three.
On Thursday, Douglas got the win against Newcastle  by a conclusive  3-0.
 Douglas never let Newcastle on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-19,  26-24.

 Douglas' success was spearheaded by the efforts of   Kendrie Ewing, who  had ten  digs, and   Samantha Yost, who  had 12  kills, seven  digs,  and four  aces. Yost is  on a roll when it comes to  kills, as she's  now  had 12 or more in each of the last five games she's  played.
Meanwhile, Torrington hadn't done well against Wheatland recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way  on Friday. The Trailblazers won by a  set and slipped past the Bulldogs  3-2.
 Torrington was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (102-98), but they still managed to win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 14-25, 19-25, 25-20,  15-11.
 Douglas' win bumped their record up to 25-7. As for Torrington, their victory bumped their record up to 14-11-2.
 Douglas beat Torrington 2-0  in their previous meeting  back in September. Do  the Bearcats have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Trailblazers turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
