Softball Recap: Lugoff-Elgin Demons vs. Westwood Redhawks

Lugoff-Elgin can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent match on Tuesday. They blew past the Westwood Redhawks 10-3. Winning may never get old, but Lugoff-Elgin sure is getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

The team relied heavily on Lexie Stout, who went 2-for-4 with four RBI and a double. Another player making a difference was Aubre Moore, who went 2-for-5 with three runs and a triple.

On Westwood's side, Marguerite Ridgeway made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBI.

Lugoff-Elgin's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-4.
