Tahoma won the last time they faced Kentridge and things went their way on Monday too. The Bears put the hurt on the Chargers with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bears.

While Tahoma won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-20, 25-23.

Tahoma can attribute much of their success to Lyla Battey, who had eight digs and two assists. That's the most assists Battey has posted over her last six contests. Abby Fechser also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Tahoma was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Kentridge only served five.

Tahoma's record now sits at 11-7-1. As for Kentridge, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-9.

Tahoma wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against Kennedy Catholic on the 29th. As for Kentridge, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 defeat against Auburn Riverside on the 29th.
