Baseball Recap: Poca Comes Up Short

Poca lost against Ravenswood on April 8th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Dots came up short against the Red Devils, falling 18-2. The Dots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Poca's loss dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Ravenswood, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-8.

Coming up, Poca will challenge Nitro at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Dots are facing the Wildcats at the right time seeing as the Wildcats are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Ravenswood, they will venture away from home to challenge St. Marys at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Red Devils will also cruise into their next game with the timing on their side: the Blue Devils will have lost three straight heading into Friday's match.
