Basketball Recap: Zwolle Snaps Eight-Game Streak of Wins at Home

After flying high against DeRidder last Tuesday, Zwolle came back down to earth. The Zwolle Hawks lost 73-51 to the Hicks Pirates on Friday. The Hawks have struggled against the Pirates recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Zwolle's defeat ended an eight-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 17-9. As for Hicks, they pushed their record up to 11-15 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Zwolle will square off against Glenmora at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hicks, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 45-33 loss against Leesville on the 11th.
