Softball Recap: Kittitas Comes Up Short

After flying high against Okanogan last Saturday, Kittitas came back down to earth. The Coyotes fell just short of Pe Ell/Willapa Valley by a score of 16-15 on Saturday. The Coyotes were not able to make up for their defeat to Pe Ell/Willapa Valley from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

Kittitas' loss dropped their record down to 3-2-1. As for Pe Ell/Willapa Valley, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Coming up, Kittitas will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Toledo at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Pe Ell/Willapa Valley, they have already played their next match, a 12-1 victory against Warden on the 29th.
