Football Game Preview: Simpson Academy Cougars vs. Oak Forest Academy Yellowjackets

The Simpson Academy Cougars will square off against the Oak Forest Academy Yellowjackets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Simpson Academy made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Lamar, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Cougars fell just short of the Raiders by a score of 21-19 on Friday.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Oak Forest Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on September 12th. They blew past Columbia Academy, posting a 30-3 win. The victory continues a trend for the Yellowjackets in their matchups with the Cougars: they've now won seven in a row.

The win got Oak Forest Academy back to even at 2-2. As for Simpson Academy, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
