It was a good run, but Armstrong unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin Blue Devils. The Trojans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Blue Devils earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin found their leader in sophomore Delaney McCord, who had 11 digs and two assists. Those 11 digs set a new season-high mark for McCord.

Armstrong's loss dropped their record down to 19-10. As for Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season.
