Basketball Recap: Fenwick Piles Up the Points Against Willowbrook

There's no place like home for Fenwick, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They breezed by the Willowbrook Warriors to the tune of 59-29 on Tuesday. Given the Friars' advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 154th, while the Warriors are ranked 479th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Fenwick now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Willowbrook, they dropped their record down to 4-13 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fenwick will venture away from home to face off against Trinity at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Willowbrook, they will head out to challenge Proviso East at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
