Baseball Recap: Carmi-White County Comes Up Short

Carmi-White County managed to slip by Flora the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Bulldogs came up short against the Wolves on Monday, falling 7-1. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wolves apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Merick Milhorn made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double.

Carmi-White County has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8-1 record this season. As for Flora, their record now sits at 3-8.
