Soccer Recap: Batesburg-Leesville Takes a Loss

On Saturday, the Batesburg-Leesville Panthers came up short against the Westwood Redhawks and fell 3-1. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Alyssa Guy, which was the first she's scored this season.

Batesburg-Leesville's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Westwood, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Coming up, Batesburg-Leesville will be playing in front of their home fans against Horse Creek Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Westwood, they will host West Florence at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup will give West Florence their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season.
