Basketball Recap: Melrose-Mindoro Comes Up Short

Melrose-Mindoro lost against Luther back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Mustangs took a 62-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knights.

Melrose-Mindoro's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Melrose-Mindoro will welcome Blair-Taylor at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Luther, they will look to defend their home court on the 9th against West Salem at 7:15 p.m. The contest will give the Knights their first taste of in-conference action this season.
