Basketball Recap: Hamilton Comes Up Short

Hamilton suffered their closest loss since February 5, 2024 on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Colerain Cardinals by a score of 34-31. The Big Blue were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Cardinals earlier this season, when they won 51-41.

Hamilton's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Colerain, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-8 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hamilton will square off against Sycamore at 1:45 p.m. on Saturday. As for Colerain, they will take on Lakota West at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
