Baseball Recap: Montville Comes Up Short

The Wolves fell just short of the Woodstock Academy Centaurs by a score of 5-4 on Tuesday. The Wolves have struggled against the Centaurs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Montville's defeat dropped their record down to 11-3. As for Woodstock Academy, the victory got them back to even at 8-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Montville will square off against Bacon Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Woodstock Academy, they will challenge Fitch at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The last four games the Falcons have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
