Escanaba won the last time they faced Menominee and things went their way on Thursday too. The Eskymos put the hurt on the Maroons with a sharp 17-2 victory. Considering the Eskymos have won four games by more than nine runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The win made it two in a row for Escanaba and bumps their season record up to 8-5. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 18.5 runs over those games. As for Menominee, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Escanaba has already played their next matchup (against Swan Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Menominee, they will head out to square off against Marquette at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
