Cony is 9-1 against Gardiner since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Rams will look to defend their home field against the Tigers at 4:15 p.m. Cony is coming into the match hot, having won their last eight games.

On Monday, Cony made easy work of Belfast and carried off an 11-1 win. Considering the Rams have won eight contests by more than seven runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Gardiner came into Friday's game having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 7-2 victory over Leavitt on Friday.

Gardiner let Alex Roy and Jake Farnham run wild. Roy went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two doubles, and one run, while Farnham went 2-for-3 with four stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. That's the most RBI Roy has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Dillon Farnham, who went 2-for-3 with three runs and one stolen base.

Cony's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-2. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Gardiner, their win bumped their record up to 7-8.
