Baseball Recap: East Stroudsburg South Continues Home Dominance on Wednesday

There's no place like home for East Stroudsburg South, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They came out on top against the Pocono Mountain West Panthers by a score of 4-1 on Wednesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-1 back in March.

Liam Huffman spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on four hits and racked up seven Ks.

At the plate, Harrison Aillet was excellent, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases and two runs. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in May of 2024. Another player making a difference was Luke Domboroczky, who went 1-for-2 with two runs and one stolen base.

East Stroudsburg South hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Pocono Mountain West struck out seven times.
