League recap: Brooks rises, St. Sebastian's Country Day falls in league standings

Independent School league recap: 5/7/12

Brooks made the biggest jump in the standings this week, moving from thirteenth to tenth place in the league thanks to a 2-1 record over the past seven days. Meanwhile, St. Sebastian's Country Day fell hardest in the standings, dropping from second all the way to seventh place after going 0-3 in the past week. Milton Academy (10-2, 7-2) is the No. 1 team in Independent School.

The league's longest active winning streak belongs to Lawrence Academy (8-3, 7-2), undefeated over its last four games. In the past week, the Spartans won another 2 games, includinga 5-1 win over Belmont Hill.
