Football Game Preview: Bloomfield vs. Gallup

Bloomfield have been homebodies their last two matches, but they are heading out on Friday. Their bye week comes to an end as they meet up with Gallup at 7:00 PM . Bloomfield don't have the home-field advantage, but they do enjoy an advantage in the MaxPreps rankings.

Two weeks ago, Bloomfield put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. Everything came up roses for them against Miyamura as the team secured a 49-13 win. Junior Vincent Marquez, who punched in 2 rushing TDs and accumulated 167 passing yards, was a major factor in Bloomfield's success.

Meanwhile, if Gallup were riding high off their 45-6 takedown of Monument Valley three weeks ago, that ride came to an abrupt end. Gallup didn't finish too far behind, but the squad still lost 14-20 to Miyamura last Friday.

Bloomfield took the game and then some with a 45-0 victory over Gallup the last time the two teams met. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bloomfield since the team won't have home-field advantage. Watch the game and check back on MaxPreps to see if the change in venue makes a difference.
